He said the incident agitated some people leading to the burning down of two houses and a lorry while some continued to shoot from hidden places. He said as a result of the panic created, the official time for the curfew given to start from 1700 hours to 0600 hours had been shifted at the local level to start at 1600 hours and end at 0600 hours, "all offices are closed and the whole town is as quiet as a cemetery at this time of 1630 hours," he said.
