Prophet Nana Kofi Yirenkyi aka Jesus One Touch, the founder and leader of the Jesus Blood Prophetic ministry who is standing trial before an Accra Circuit Court for allegedly defiling his 10 year old biological daughter has categorically denied any wrong doing.
Opening his defense in court last week Monday, the Man of God swore by the bible that he knew nothing about the accusation and wondered how he could go naked before his own little daughter much more to have sex with her. Jesus One Touch also expressed his preparedness to show his penis to the people in the courtroom to prove that he could not have had sex with the girl.
He also challenged God to expose and strike him with the plagues that affected the Egyptians in the bible if he indeed had sex with the daughter and was lying about it.
He claimed he had been framed up. Led in evidence by his counsel, Jesus One Touch recounted how he learnt during a family meeting that his gateman, on Efo was having a suspicious affair with the victim. He reiterated that when he confronted the said Efo, he knelt down and pleaded for forgiveness, saying he only inserted his fingers into her vagina.
One Touch said though he reported the case to the Police, Efo could not be detained because it was late and was asked to come back the next day. However before he could say jack, Efo had disappeared from the house.
According to him he was later invited by the Odorkor Police where he learnt the Akropong Police were after him for defiling his daughter, a charge he vehemently denied.
Jesus One Touch said he could not have had sex with the daughter on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays and wiping the semen with white handkerchief, as she alleged since those were his busy days. He noted that he normally left home very early on those days to preach on various radio stations after which he went straight to his church where he held services and counseling in his office.
Meanwhile, the accused is expected back in court on November 3, for further cross examination.
