The Spiritual leader of the worldwide Ahmadiyya Movement, Hazrat Mirza Masih, arrived in Accra on a week goodwill visit to the country. Hazrat Masih was met on arrival by the Ameer of the Ahmadiya Mission in Ghana Maulvi Wahab Adam, the Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament Alhaji Malik Alhassan and Deputy Minister of the Interior, K. T. Hammond and Missionaries of the Mission in Ghana.
Addressing a news conference on arrival, Hazrat Masih expressed delight for coming to Ghana, which he praised for its hospitality and peace. He prayed for lasting peace and unity and asked for God’s blessing for the president and people of Ghana.
