The Civil Servants Association is asking government to conclude negotiations on enhanced 2008 salaries by April 30.
The association is further demanding the immediate release of funds for medical refund facilities for 2006 and salary arrears among others.
According to Joy News correspondent Benjamin Henaku, the demands were contained in a resolution issued at the end of the 24th Session of the national executive council meeting held at Bunsu in the Eastern Region.
The association also wants government to honour a MoU on negotiated salaries without further delay, while anomalies in the single-spine salary structure are also rectified.
The Vice President of the association, Tennyson Foli, said since 2006, only GH¢200,000 representing a third of the medical refund facility has been paid, leaving a huge bill outstanding.
