Members Set For eExtra ordinary Congress

Members of the Ghana Football Association gather in Accra, Tuesday morning to hold the first extra-ordinary congress for 2008 at the FA’s headquarters. The day’s meeting which would pull together a total of 122 members of the football family to sit through the extra-ordinary Congress would to deliberate on the agenda set for the session. On the agenda is: - Adoption or amendment of the Statutes and Regulations of the GFA (Article 25.1.1 of the Statutes) -Admission, suspension or expulsion of an official or a member (Article 25.1.8 of the Statutes) The President of the Ghana Football Association chairs the extra-ordinary congress.
