DOBBLE K Doubles Up

The fast-growing entertainment industry in Nigeria is gradually reaching to greater heights. All thanks to some upcoming artists whose artistic capabilities are, in no small measure, added-extras to the growth of the industry. Amongst these highly creative artists is the fast-rising R&B/Hip Hop singer popularly called Dobble K in the music empire. Stanley Okoikeke Otu, a Cross-River born singer, is one artist who has been striving very hard musically to come to reckoning. With dint of hard work and believe in God, he eventually released a chart-buster entitled ‘Suddenly’ where a single, Estreya, has become a toast of every night crawler in Lagos metropolis. Dobble K, started his musical career in 2002, though, he has been singing at a very tender age. Then, his parents never saw the potential in him until he became an adult and he was left with no option than to take the bull by the horn and the result has been fruitful. “Just like the name, this is going to be like a surprise to everyone out there, the reason is that, I have more than five hit tracts in the album just like my mentor 2face Idibia. With just Estreya single, I have done over seven collabos, this is an indication that, the music will not go along way in Nigeria music scene but will revolutionize the music industry which is full of mediocre.” Estreya crooner explained. And for the much-anticipated musical video of his maiden work, Dobble K explains that, his video will be ready any moment from now as he has already finished shooting the video which gulped close to a million naira.
