After going on a short break, one of Ghana’s finest artistes, Berimah Osei Appiah-Kubi has found his way back to the music scene again with a bouncy album title, ‘Mia Na Ma Ye’.
According to Samuel Kojo Laweh, manager of the artiste, Osei’s work will be launched later this year.
He told BEATWAVES that the album was carefully packaged not only for the local market but the entire African continent and the world at large.
Kojo Laweh said the lyrics on Osei’s album were carefully chosen in order to communicate to the downhearted.
According to him, the artiste had combined highlife and hiplife music in a unique and superb style. All songs on the album had highly sensitive themes, he added.
The album, ‘Mia Na Ma Ye’ has a total of 12 tracks on the CD and eight on the cassette, including the reigning track, ‘Medofo Pa’, and ‘Akosua Serwah’.
Other bouncy tracks on the album include ‘Koko Ti’, ‘Nyame Bra’, ‘Abrabo’, and ‘Wunti Nti’.
