Prince Kofi Amoabeng UT Bank will simplify banking principles for the benefit of clients, Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Mr Prince Kofi Amoabeng, has assured.
He said the bank was moving away from the tradition of refusing to listen to the clients and only insisted that customers complied with the standards and rules set by the bank.
Mr Amoabeng was speaking at the UT Bank’s Clients Cocktail Night, organized to offer clients the opportunity to socialize with the staff and management of UT at Koforidua on Saturday.
He urged the bank’s clients, who had challenges to sit down with the officials of the bank, to find solutions to those challenges.
Mr Amoabeng thanked the people of Koforidua for accepting to work with UT Bank and also the staff for working hard to ensure the sustainability of the bank in the Eastern Region.
Earlier in the day, the staff and management of the Koforidua branch of the bank presented bags of rice, cartons of soap, biscuits, fruit drinks and some cash all valued at GH¢1,000 to the Akwadum Orphanage as part of UT’s social responsibility to the people of New Juaben.
Presenting the items, Mrs Christiana Ansah, Eastern Regional Area Manager of UT Bank, urged the managers of the orphanage to use the items for the benefit of the children at the home.
